[Abstract]:
1. Smelting and casting

2. Heat treatment

The outer layer has high wear resistance and inner layer has high toughness by using special equipment and microcomputer furnace group control system.

3. Machining

The company USES numerical control lathe, numerical control grinder, numerical control milling machine and so on to carry on the processing to the product to guarantee the product processing accuracy and the uniformity request.

4. Process inspection and test equipment

Chemical composition analysis: direct reading spectrometer, C S analysis, H O N joint measuring instrument, etc.

Metallographic analysis: electron microscope, microscope, imager.

Mechanical performance test: universal material testing machine,

Impact testing machine, hardness tester.

Thermal analysis: quenching dilatometer.

Thermal simulation: GLEEBLE SYSTEM3500

Stress detection: X-ray stress meter, ring core stress meter.
