Casting Roll Core
1.Smelting: EF( Smelt by electrical furnace) + LF( Outer refine)+ VC(Argon vacuum pouring), Ensure shell chemical composition, Material: 42CrMo.
2.Hydraulic forging( 4500- 6000 ton hydraulic forging machine), heat treatment after forged.( Natural gas CNC Furnace)
3.Rough machining(horizontal lathe).
4.100% Ultrasonic Detection( Follow standard: GB/T 13315-91 B Grade all the requirement.)
5.Heat treatment ( 5 meter X 10 meter nature heat resource furnace)
6.Furnace stainless steel weld, by 1.5 meter X 8 meter welding machine, weld thickness 14-16mm, Material: 3Cr13.
7.Final machining according to the drawing( horizontal lathe, floor boring and milling machine, drilling machine, CNC grinder.)
 
Casting Roll Shell
1、Smelting: EF ( Smelt by electrical furnace) + LF( Outer refine)+ VD(Vacuum degassing) + VC(Argonvacuum pouring). Ensure shell chemical composition( Chemical composition follow American Standard), Material : GT-2100.
2、Hydraulic forging( 6000 ton hydraulic forging machine), heat treatment after forged.( Natural gas CNC Furnace)
3、Rough machining( 1.5 meter X 8meter horizontal lathe)
4、100% Ultrasonic Detection( Follow standard: GB/T 13315-91, A Grade, GB/T6402-91 First Class all the requirement.)
5、Heat treatment (CNC Pit Type Furnace)
6、Shell finishing, outer/inner leave tolerance(Horizontal CNC lathe)
7、The shell inner hole honing, ensure the shell hole straightness is ≤0.02, roughness 0.08.
8、Shell surface 100% Magnetic particle detection.
